Today, Drew fronts GOZA, a two-piece rock powerhouse forging vintage tone with modern fire. He layers greasy rock riffs over seismic bass lines before launching into soaring, otherworldly guitar solos, while drummer Rani anchors the sound with thunderous, no-nonsense grooves. The result? A crushing wall of sound that defies the math — soulful, funky, sexy, and heavy. GOZA doesn’t just play shows — they ignite rooms.

Off stage, Drew is the founder of Hilo Music Academy and Guitar Addicts Academy, where he teaches both in person and online, helping players transform from beginners into confident musicians. He also serves on the board of the Horns Up Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to enriching and expanding Hawaii’s music community.
