“Pig Hog delivers dependable gear that performs night after night.”
Nadja Peulen is a German-born, Los Angeles-based bassist best known for her work with the influential gothic industrial metal band Coal Chamber. Since joining the band in the late 1990s, Nadja has toured worldwide, performing on the biggest stages in heavy music and helping define the band’s unmistakable low-end groove and heavy aesthetic.
Beyond Coal Chamber, Nadja has collaborated on landmark projects such as Roadrunner United, appeared in iconic Cypress Hill music videos including the epic (Rock) Superstar video and built a reputation as a powerful, visually striking performer with a signature style that blends heaviness, attitude, and elegance.
A true gear enthusiast and hands-on creator, Nadja has released multiple signature bass models, including her Schecter NP-4 “Dark Star” and NP-4 “Red Syren.” Her creative collaborations extend beyond instruments — including signature guitar/bass straps with Richter, exclusive hoodie merchandise with Ghost Circus, and a growing line of original merchandise designs available through her own brand and website.
Coal Chamber had three back to back festivals including Sick New Word Vegas, Welcome To Rockville and Sonic Temple in May of 2026. They're gearing up for the Louder Than Life festival in September, Aftershock the first of October and Sick New World Texas late that same month. Stay tuned to Nadja's site for new dates to be announced!
Nadja continues to expand her creative footprint, including the release of her signature Pig Hog Artist Series instrument cable PHASNP20 — designed for players who demand performance, durability, and style.
